           Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery. Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

            Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within the applicable return period after receiving your order.

            Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging when eligible for return or exchange. Certain products may not be eligible due to hygiene and safety reasons.
